In case conveyance is not there, we shall assist to obtain the same.
Phase - I
Concept & Planning Stage

Understanding society requirements, regulations, and redevelopment scope.

Site visit and detailed study of plot constraints, DCR norms, and setbacks.

Preparing initial concept plans and massing options.

Coordination with society members for layout preferences and suggestions.
Phase - II
Architechural Design Stage

Detailed architectural planning including flat layouts, amenities, parking, and common areas.

Preparation of floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D views.

Optimization of space, ventilation, daylight, and functional flow.

Design development as per latest MCGM / local authority norms.
Phase - III
Structural Design Stage

Structural analysis based on soil report and load calculations.

Designing RCC framework for safety, durability, and seismic compliance.

Preparation of detailed structural drawings and bar bending schedules.

Coordination between architectural and structural designs to avoid conflicts.
Phase - IV
CONTRACTOR FINALISATION STAGE

Submission of architectural and structural drawings for statutory approvals.

Design clarifications and revisions as required by authorities.

Continuous coordination with contractors during execution.

Periodic site visits for design compliance and structural guidance.
