Feasibility Report Stage

Site survey and assessment of existing building conditions.

Recommend the most suitable redevelopment option for the society.

Submit a detailed feasibility and viability report.
Phase - I
Planning, Coordination & Developer Finalization Stage

Prepare technical specifications and structured financial formats.

Assist in planning strategy aligned with society objectives.

Evaluate proposals based on technical, financial, and compliance aspects.

Coordinate meetings and negotiations with shortlisted developers.

Finalize developer and issue Letter of Intent / Work Orde
Phase - II
Supervision & Quality Control Stage

Pre-inspection and approval of construction materials.

Regular site supervision to ensure quality and workmanship.

Monitor project progress, timelines, and safety compliance.

Conduct periodic reviews and submit progress reports.

Coordinate between society, contractors, and authorities.
Phase - III
Plan Approval & Work Commencement Stage

Assist in approvals from municipal and statutory authorities.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, and liaison teams.

Ensure smooth transition from approvals to on-site execution.

Oversee project kick-off and initial construction activities.
Phase - IV
Completion & Handover Stage

Ensure completion as per approved plans and agreements.

Assist in obtaining Occupation & Completion Certificates.

Verify services, amenities, and final deliverables.

Submit final project completion and handover report.
