In case conveyance is not there, we shall assist to obtain the same.

Structural Audit & Condition Assessment

• Conduct detailed structural audit as per applicable norms.
• Perform visual inspection and required non-destructive tests.
• Identify structural distress, safety risks, and deterioration.
• Submit structural audit and condition assessment report.

Phase - I

Repair Planning & Strategy Stage

• Analyze test results and assess severity of damages.
• Recommend suitable repair and strengthening solutions.
• Define repair methodology, materials, and specifications.
• Prepare estimated cost and execution timeline.

Phase - II

Execution Supervision & Quality Control Stage

• Supervise repair works as per approved methodology.
• Ensure quality of materials and workmanship on site.
• Monitor safety compliance and work progress.
• Conduct regular inspections and progress reviews.

Phase - III

Completion & Structural Certification Stage

• Inspect completed works for quality and compliance.
• Certify structural stability and completion of repairs.
• Submit final completion and safety report.
• Guide on future maintenance and preventive care.
